Fall is upon us here in Western New York, and in my opinion it is one of the most spectacular seasons we are blessed to experience living where we do. Get out and experience the wonders of nature and the beautiful foliage we have around here. Having lived in the south for years during college, I have come to appreciate the four distinct seasons we have here (although we may wish the winter season wasn't quite as long sometimes). For many, the hardest thing about the change of seasons (especially summer into fall) is letting go of the previous season and embracing the change into the new. This rings true in life also, as many have a hard time giving up old habits that they know are limiting and embracing change. Try something new, do something different, change is good! Make it a point this fall to evaluate where you are in need of change in your life, and make the move to improve it. You never regret doing something new in life, or eliminating something bad. You only regret things you haven't done. Don't be a new years resolution person, do it now and you won't regret it!!!!
